Solution
AI-heavy teams and regulated or sensitive-data organizations often already use Jira Service Management as the internal request layer. AI Clearance adds the missing access lifecycle: admins approve AI tools into a requestable catalog, employees request one user access grant for one approved tool, and reviewers track purpose, duration, expiry, fulfillment, and evidence.
AI Clearance gives admins a catalog of approved tools, models, risk, defaults, and optional connector settings.
Employees request individual access to one approved AI tool for a stated purpose and duration.
Approvers apply duration, approve or deny, and preserve the decision record. Connected tools can record whether the approved user was added, removed, or checked in the configured Okta or Entra group.
Access Evidence can support periodic review and evidence export for broader access controls.

Access reviews and audit evidence
Run Jira access reviews with remediation tracking and auditor-ready evidence packs.
No. This solution focuses on governing access requests, decisions, grants, expiry, and review evidence. It does not inspect prompts or prove runtime AI usage.
AI Clearance can optionally use connected mode for Okta or Microsoft Entra configured-group membership when configured by an administrator. IdP and app admins must make that group control the real app, license, role, or resource.
Use AI Clearance when the immediate need is AI access intake and approval. Use Access Evidence when the immediate need is access review evidence and remediation tracking.
