Terms of Use

ImpactLoop Ltd., trading as ArdSaor, provides Atlassian Forge apps and this website. These Terms describe who may use our Services, how we deliver them, and the limits of our obligations.

1. Acceptance

By accessing ardsaor.com (the Site) or installing an ImpactLoop Forge app (collectively, the Services), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility & registration

Only Jira Cloud administrators may install the app. You must (a) be at least 18 years old, (b) have all rights necessary to grant access to your Atlassian instance, and (c) maintain an active Atlassian subscription subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Partner Agreement and Marketplace Terms of Use.

3. Permitted use

  • Use the Services solely within the scopes granted during installation.
  • Do not circumvent security controls, probe Forge infrastructure, or attempt to access data belonging to another tenant.
  • Do not use the Services to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the Services without written permission.

4. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining Jira roles, permissions, and configurations needed for the Services to function.
  • Ensuring that your users comply with Atlassian’s policies and these Terms.
  • Backing up data stored in Jira and reviewing app configuration before deploying changes.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access or suspected security incident.

5. Service availability & support

Our goal is 99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance (with at least 24 hours’ notice) and downtime caused by Atlassian or other third-party providers. Support questions can be submitted via or the Support portal; we target an initial response within one business day (Irish time) and priority handling for critical incidents.

6. Beta or preview features

We may label certain functionality as beta, preview, or experimental. Those features are provided “as is”, may change without notice, and are excluded from uptime targets or support commitments.

7. Data protection

Our handling of Jira data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services you instruct ImpactLoop to process Atlassian content solely to provide the app. You must obtain any necessary consents from your users.

8. Warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that metrics or recommendations generated by the app are error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpactLoop, its directors, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our total aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid for the Services during that period or (b) €100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ImpactLoop from any third-party claim or demand arising out of (a) your or your users’ breach of these Terms, (b) misuse of the Services, or (c) violation of law or third-party rights, including Atlassian’s policies.

11. Suspension & termination

You may uninstall the app at any time through the Atlassian admin console. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable Marketplace fees, or create a security risk. Upon termination we will delete stored data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-party sites & dependencies

The Services may rely on or link to third-party offerings (for example, Atlassian Forge, Microsoft 365, or Linear). We are not responsible for their content or downtime, and their own terms govern your use of those services.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new functionality or legal requirements. The effective date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via in-product notices, admin email, or a prominent Site banner at least 15 days before they take effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or security.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dublin, Ireland, have exclusive jurisdiction, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
